If not you should be able to do so at any time on the map. If I start the game with the same player name and want to to play the next difficulty mode, I can only replay the levels. This must be wrong, I guess. In Megaplex you can go on as If you start a new game! It currently is passable in Elite Mode but not om All-Star mode.
